How much do you charge for repairs?
We charge $40 for an initial assessment where we have a look at your device and provide you with a report of what’s wrong and how much it would cost to fix. You can then choose how you would like to proceed.
Can you provide a report for my insurance claim?
Definitely! We can have a look at your device and write a report for your insurance company for just $60.
Do you offer any concession discounts?
Yes! We offer a 10% discount to WA Seniors Card holders. Please note that discount only applies to our labour charges, and not the costs of parts or other external services or equipment.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept cash, bank transfer, card and Zip Pay.
Please note: card payments have a surcharge of 1.94% in person or 2.25% if paying online or over the phone.
Can you come and help me at my home?
Sure! We can provide in-home support around Armadale with a wide range of issues. The minimum charge is $100 for up to 2 hours.
Do you provide on-site support for businesses?
Absolutely! We can come out to your place of business and find solutions for all your Information & Communication Technology needs and issues. Contact us for a quote!
On-site or in-store: what's better?
That depends on your circumstances.
In most cases, in-store support & repairs will be cheaper, as in the office we can work on more than one computer at the same time.
Sometimes however this can be inconvenient or impossible, for example, if you are having an issue with your internet or smart home devices.
