Our Community volunteering support works in Armadale WA
Armadale IT Support is proudly providing information and communication technology service support to individuals and businesses in the local community.
We love technology, and we are committed to helping promote the use of computers.
We are here to help anyone in need of free support time permitting.
Armadale IT Support is happy to help with free advice and service support to those less fortunate and in urgent need of free ICT support.
However, free service always based on prior agreement.
In many cases, we provided 50-80 % discount on compassionate ground.
Unfortunately, for some people, even a discounted fee of $45 of a $180 worth of repair is too much to pay.
Here is a list of individuals and businesses, we helped by providing them with ” free ” service and repair work.
Jeanette Ezzy Kris of Armadale ; laptop repair
– 25 May 2016, operating system update, drivers updates, virus and malware clean, charged client $45 for the $180 worth of work, we never got paid, not even that tiny discounted amount.
Level Steel Engineering and Construction Pty Ltd previously Seville Grove now Maddington;
– 20th October 2016, fault assessment and written service report on a new laptop with cracked screen.
Client signed and agreed on $40 charge, yet he does not reply to emails or pick up phone ever-since.
We do a significant amount of discounted service and support work voluntarily.
Sometimes we end up helping by way of clients not being able to pay or for the reason of their own found it justifiable not to pay for the work completed by Armadale IT Support.
We document all our work by system logs, photos and screenshots that are attached to our detailed service reports.
